General terms of summer leasing


1. Reservation
For the final confirmation of any booking, a deposit is required; following the payment, you will be posted a " leasing reserve" issuedby Agenzia Centro Casa of Alba Adriatica.

2. Payment
1/3 of the rent is to be paid directly to Agenzia Centro Casa of Alba Adriatica as a deposit; a telegraphic money order or a certified cheque by recorded delivery letter are both suitable. The full settlement is to be paid on arrival, on receiving the keys to the flat.

3. Cancellation
The deposit is non-refundable, for any reason. In case of cancellation, a 5 weeks’ written notice is required.

4. Arrival
The flat can be entered between 5 and 7.30 pm on the due date of arrival. In case of delay, please contact Agenzia Centro Casa of Alba Adriatica promptly. Should the tenant fail to enter the flat within the day after the due date of booking without giving notice, the reservation will automatically be cancelled. On checking in, any and all the people sharing the flat are required to show their personal identity papeRs. Delayed arrivals will not entitle the tenant to any reduction of the rent.

5. Departure
The flat must be vacated by 10 am on the due date of departure, in order to allow the maintenance staff to perform its inspection. Agenzia Centro Casa allowsnight or any other departure time reserving the right to keep the hereinafter depositand post it after the maintenance inspection.On departure, the flat must be left very tidy, clear of any rubbish (or garbage), clean kitchenware and defrosted fridge. In-advance departure will not entitle the tenant to any reduction of the rent.

6. Deposit
A deposit of € 100,00 is required as security in case of damage or breakages caused during the stay. The deposit will be refunded after the maintenance inspection authorized by the agency.

7. During Your stay
It is forbidden to accommodate people exceeding the number of beds reserved on the booking. Pets allowed with prior authorization. Tenants are invited to follow the regulations of the respective block of flats, and to respect the quiet hours with special regard to the afternoons and nights.

8. Prices include
Tenants are given clean flats in good conditions, equipped with kitchenette, fridge and kitchenware; standard gas, hot and cold water and electricity consumptions included.

9. Prices not include
Tableclothes; compulsory final cleaning; bed-linen only available on Request; extra beds or cots.

10. Liability
The agency cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage of personal belongings, valuables or money left inside the flat.

11. Condiztions
In case of unexpected occurrence, the agency reserves the right to substitute the assigned flat with another of the same kind.
